Disclosures: TikTok, testimonials, what we never do

1. Relationship to TikTok

Nova Network is an independent TikTok LIVE Creator Network. In TikTok's words, “TikTok LIVE Creator Networks are independent third-party businesses that operate on the TikTok platform on their own behalf. TikTok does not endorse, sponsor, or assume any responsibility for the business activities or conduct of any Creator Network.” (TikTok LIVE Creator Networks blog, accessed 2026-09-17). Anything on this site about TikTok's rules is quoted from TikTok's own published pages and linked; anything about our terms is ours.

We do not display TikTok's logo, do not describe ourselves as “official,” “certified,” or “partnered,” and do not hold a TikTok Marketing Partner badge. TikTok's advertising policy prohibits attempts “to imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with TikTok or ByteDance products without our permission,” and applies that to landing pages; we follow it on every page. What is true: Nova Network is not yet approved to operate as a Creator Network on LIVE Backstage. That approval is the only status TikTok grants networks.

2. Testimonials and results

  • We publish creator results only with written, dated consent, naming the creator and linking their public profile.
  • Any earnings or Diamond figure is shown next to the typical outcome for comparable creators, with the sample size, as the FTC's Endorsement Guides require when an advertiser cannot show a result is what people generally achieve. Source: Federal Trade Commission — FTC's Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking, accessed 2026-09-17.
  • We do not pay for testimonials, do not condition any benefit on positive statements, and do not use AI-generated or invented testimonials — all prohibited or restricted under the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (16 CFR Part 465). Source: Federal Trade Commission — Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule: Questions and Answers, accessed 2026-09-17.
  • Team members' own creator accounts, if ever shown, are labeled as insiders.
  • We do not run a “reviews” page that presents itself as independent, and we do not add review or rating structured data about ourselves.

3. Creator disclosure policy

Creators in our network who mention Nova Network in their own content are asked, in the creator agreement, to disclose the relationship clearly (for example, “I'm in [network]'s Creator Network”) where a viewer could reasonably not know it. The FTC expects advertisers to have “reasonable programs in place to train and monitor” their networks; this policy, and the reminder in onboarding, is ours. 4. What we never do

  • Buy followers, views, likes, or Diamonds for ourselves or for creators. Buying fake indicators of social-media influence is prohibited under the FTC rule above, and TikTok states artificial engagement “may affect eligibility for monetization tools.” Source: TikTok LIVE Creator Networks blog — TikTok LIVE monetization requirements, page dated 2026-06-23, accessed 2026-09-17.
  • Ask for a creator's password, two-factor codes, or email login.
  • Charge creators to join, to leave, or to receive an invitation.
  • Promise viewers, Diamonds, earnings, or algorithm treatment.

5. How this site is written

Every statement about TikTok's rules on this site is quoted from a TikTok-owned page with the URL and access date shown. Every number about our terms is ours and is written into the creator agreement. Where TikTok does not publish something, we say “not published” rather than borrowing a number from another agency's website.

6. Analytics

This site runs no analytics script and sets no cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, which show visit counts and which search engine or AI assistant referred a visitor (ChatGPT, for example, appends utm_source=chatgpt.com to links it sends). We do not sell or share visitor data. Details in the privacy policy.
